? Interview: Face-to-Face (L1 and/or Client)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead to lead a cross-functional Agile team delivering a next-generation Operations Portal for a leading banking client.

What You'll Do

Lead Agile delivery for a team of 6–8 Developers and QE Engineers.

Drive Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, releases, and stakeholder communications.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business, Operations, Architecture, and Data teams.

Ensure high-quality delivery while maintaining governance, compliance, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills

✔ 7+ years of Project Management, Agile Delivery, or Scrum Master experience

✔ Strong experience with Scrum, Kanban,



or SAFe methodologies

✔ Experience managing cross-functional technology teams

✔ Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools

✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✔ Banking or Financial Services industry experience

Nice to Have

⭐ Experience delivering AI-enabled or Intelligent Automation solutions

⭐ Knowledge of AI governance and human-in-the-loop workflows

⭐ Exposure to Node.js environments, REST APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure

⭐ PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or Protected certification
