This organization works at the intersection of engineering, healthcare, and commercialization, helping startups and global medtech companies bring regulated medical devices from early concept to market.

This is a true end‑to‑end leadership role for a senior PM who thrives in a consulting environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and wants exposure to multiple cutting‑edge technologies.

Responsibilities

- Leading multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, software, QA/RA, and industrial design
- Acting as the primary client interface, managing expectations, risks, and strategic trade‑offs
- Driving robust project execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
- Coordinating system‑level integration and design decisions
- Managing rapid prototyping, iteration, and learning cycles




- Guiding programs through verification, validation, and manufacturing transfer
- Identifying follow‑on opportunities and supporting long‑term client relationships

Requirements

- Senior‑level Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in multidisciplinary product development
- Strong background in electromechanical hardware products, with software integration exposure
- Proven experience taking products from concept through manufacturing transfer
- Able to think at a system level, balancing technical, regulatory, and commercial constraints
- Experience working in regulated industries (medical devices ideal, but adjacent industries considered)
- Degree in engineering, science, biomedical engineering, or business
- PMP preferred but not required
