What You Will Do
- Lead the delivery of commercial TI projects of varying size and complexity
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and client communication
- Manage subcontractors, consultants, and field teams to ensure high‑quality execution
- Provide strategic input into establishing Calgary operations and processes
- Build and mentor a growing project delivery team
- Foster strong client relationships and support business development efforts

- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong background in tenant improvements, especially retail or office
- Proven ability to manage multiple quick‑paced projects
