Position Overview Senior Project Manager – IT. You will bring robust business acumen, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking to a team‑focused role that supports BDC’s digital and business projects. Challenges to be Met - Manage large‑scale business and digital projects from initiation through post‑implementation.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues (Marketing, Financing, Advisory Services, Finance, HR) and executives.
- Define and monitor scope, plans, dependencies, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, sourcing, risk, issues, mitigation, change management, and quality of deliverables.
- Translate technical and application aspects of projects into clear, business‑relevant concepts for internal stakeholders.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and optimize collaboration and delivery.





What We Are Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Administration, IT, or equivalent.

- At least ten (10) years of experience managing large‑scale projects (≥$5M budget, teams of 10 or more).
- Proven experience with Agile projects.
- Strong leadership, decision‑making, and accountability.
- Excellent organization, diplomacy, multi‑tasking, analytical problem solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to break complex scenarios into actionable tasks.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Curiosity, continuous learning, and openness to new technologies.
- Bilingual (French & English) preferred.
- Professional project management certification is a plus.
