Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Member to join our qualified cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless and welcoming. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and possesses excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service. Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas according to company standards
Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning appointments within designated timeframes
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use
Assist with organizing supplies and maintaining inventory levels for efficient operations
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns courteously and promptly





Qualifications
Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus but not required
Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Ability to perform light cooking or meal prep tasks is a bonus but not essential
Experience with laundry and general household chores is advantageous
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
