Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of payments.

Duties
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to follow up on outstanding payments
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Skills
Robust mathematical skills to analyze financial data accurately
Knowledge of accounts payable processes
Ability to negotiate payment terms with clients effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data meticulously

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
