MultiTech Trades Corp is looking for an Electrical Estimator to join their team.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects using Accubid
Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required materials.
Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids.
Review and update estimates based on changes in project scope or design.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cost impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Proven experience in electrical construction estimating
Strong proficiency in estimating software such as Accubid.
Excellent negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail in pricing.
Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple projects.
