Bright Minds Daycare in Stony Plain, AB, provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. We are committed to high-quality early childhood education and are seeking caring, motivated Early Childhood Educators (ECE Level 1, 2, or 3) to join our team.

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities.
Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
Maintain a protected, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Supervise children at all times and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
Assist with daily routines such as snack time, toileting, and transitions.
Contribute to lesson planning, documentation, and family communication.

Qualifications
ECE Level 1,



2, or 3 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Explicit criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
