We are seeking friendly, attentive, and skilled Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS
Process payments through cash handling and cashiering procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house area in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
Maintain effective time management to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously




Support team members during busy periods to ensure productive service delivery

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards
Basic math skills for bill calculation and cash handling
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and sales
Experience with food industry operations including serving, food preparation, and guest services
Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a busy restaurant environment
