Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide essential expertise and support to leadership and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee employee and labor relations matters
Manage recruitment, benefits, and return-to-work processes
Develop workplace policies and HR strategies




Ensure fairness in job descriptions and selection processes
Provide guidance to leadership on labor relations

Requirements:
University degree or HR certification
5 years of HR experience in a unionized context
Knowledge of BC Human Rights Code and relevant laws
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Robust interpersonal and organizational abilities
