Inside Sales Associate
We’re looking for a reliable, quick-learning, and customer-focused team member to join our front-counter sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, and is eager to learn about HVAC products. The right candidate will also be adaptable, a strong multitasker, and willing to assist in the warehouse when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers and assist with product inquiries and sales
Operate the cashier and handle POS transactions accurately
Process product returns and exchanges
Check and confirm inventory availability for customers
Prepare and follow up on quotations
Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service
Step in to support warehouse operations when required
Qualifications:
Quick learner with the ability to gain knowledge of HVAC products
Enjoys face-to-face communication and delivering great customer experiences
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
Solid communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced workplace
Willingness to support various roles, including occasional help in the warehouse
Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are considered a robust asset
Strong computer skills (email, inventory systems, POS)
Positive attitude and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
