Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications
Configure forms, views, and custom entities
Design plugins and automate workflows with Power Automate
Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance
Train users and deliver knowledge transfer sessions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
5+ years of Dynamics 365 development experience
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (French/English) an asset
Experience in enterprise application support
