Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed descriptions of necessary work and options
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services
Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health and safety
Handle transactions accurately, process payments




Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs and address any questions or concerns
Maintain organized records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories to ensure seamless workflow

Experience
Previous dealership experience or automotive service advising is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand technical repair details
Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
Ability to effectively upsell services while maintaining integrity and customer trust
Experience with automotive repair processes and familiarity with dealership operations
Competence with AutoLeap is a bonus
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical information to customers of all backgrounds
