Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the HR team with explicit performance standards

Requirements:
10+ years of progressive HR experience
CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent HR designation preferred
Extensive experience with Dayforce HRIS required
Proven success in leading HR professionals
