Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure workplace for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in loss prevention and ensuring the integrity of our facilities.

Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV and other security equipment.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as needed.
Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Document daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences in detailed reports.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and assist in investigations related to security breaches.




Implement conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior or activities.

Qualifications
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and security protocols.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Robust conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
