Duties
Greet customers warmly and identify their eye care needs through engaging conversations
Educate clients on optical products, lens options, and eye health best practices using transparent, detailed explanations
Assist with frame selection by understanding individual style preferences and face shapes
Conduct basic vision assessments and help fit glasses for comfort and optimal vision correction
Manage retail sales transactions accurately while promoting additional products or services




Maintain knowledge of current optical trends, technological advancements, and product features such as Epic (electronic health record system) integration
Support inventory management by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and tracking product availability

Requirements
Prior retail sales or sales experience demonstrating excellent communication skills
Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally to diverse customers
