We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Optical Sales Associate to join our team. This is an existing position within our retail operations and offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for fashion and eyewear, and is looking to build a rewarding career in the healthcare retail industry.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience.
Assist customers with frame and lens selection.
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Promote optical products and services.
Perform data entry and maintain customer records.
Process sales transactions and support daily store operations.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications




Previous retail or customer service experience required.
Optical store experience is considered a strong asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced setting.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Must be reliable, flexible, and team oriented.

Schedule
Full-time position
8-hour shifts
Evening and weekend availability required
Must be available to work retail hours

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wage: $18 per hour
