Key Responsibilities:
Manage contract and commercial support for assigned projects
Support subtrade buyout processes and evaluate bids




Prepare and present GMP packages to stakeholders
Contribute to financial oversight and forecasting

Requirements:
Diploma in Construction Management or related field
7+ years of construction experience required
