Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Direct Hire Millwright, Industrial Mechanic 433A, prospect in a unionized automotive JIT manufacturing environment in the Windsor, ON area. This role is ideal for a licensed Millwright who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and keeping high-volume production equipment running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments on production and facility equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,



and related equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Support preventative maintenance activities to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Read and interpret technical documentation, drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
Use testing tools and hands-on diagnostic methods to identify root causes and complete repairs safely.
Work closely with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to support safe and efficient operations.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $45.23 per hour.
Direct hire prospect.
Unionized environment.
Rotating shifts: days and afternoons, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Benefits provided.
5 percent RRSP match.
