Construction Labourer – Bridge Repair & Shotcrete
North Coast, BC (Near Prince Rupert & Port Edward)

We are currently hiring Construction Labourers to join a bridge repair crew working on infrastructure projects along British Columbia's North Coast. This is an excellent prospect for individuals with construction experience who enjoy hands-on work in a team environment.
The role includes assisting with bridge repairs, concrete preparation, and shotcrete applications while supporting experienced trades on site.
Responsibilities:
Assist with bridge repair and rehabilitation projects
Prepare concrete surfaces for repair and shotcrete application
Support shotcreting operations under the direction of experienced crew members
Move materials, tools, and equipment around the job site
Perform general construction labour duties as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting
Follow all company and site safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous construction or civil construction experience preferred
Experience with concrete repair, shotcrete, or bridge work is an asset
Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
Comfortable using construction hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a crew
Steel toe boots and appropriate PPE required
Reliable transportation to the reporting location (if applicable)
Schedule:
Full-time hours
Overtime may be available depending on project requirements
Project-based work on the North Coast of British Columbia
