Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator (Level 2/Level 3 – certification required) to join our team. The successful candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment while supporting children’s developmental and educational needs through age-appropriate and innovative teaching practices.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
Communicate effectively with parents and team members
Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications:
Valid Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 2/Level 3 certification (required)




Previous childcare or classroom experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bilingual (English) skills considered an asset, especially in diverse settings

Compensation & Benefits:
Starting wage: $22.05/hour -$27.62/hour(including Alberta Child Care Top-Up)
