About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director and Chief Executive Officer to serve as a visionary community leader, with a focus on strategic direction, growth, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for transitioning the organization to a phase of growth, community relevance, and impact, while championing the activation of programs that engage the community through innovative and inclusive exhibitions.

This role involves fostering relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, artists, educators, and the public, to ensure the institution remains a vibrant and sustainable cultural hub. The Director and CEO will also lead all aspects of institutional planning, operations, and financial oversight, with a solid commitment to inclusion, diversity,



and equity.

Applicants for the Director and CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' senior management experience, with a proven track record in strategic and community engagement, revenue generation, and team supervision. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
