Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general cleaning tasks per local codes
Manage property cleanup in and around the complex
Operate lawn maintenance equipment for grass care
Conduct snow and debris removal as needed
Support with ice maintenance during busy periods

Requirements:
Completion of high school or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license is a plus
Similar experience in commercial settings preferred
Versatile availability, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and teamwork skills
