Desired Skills:
10+ years of experience in the Aerostructures domain, preferably with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) experience.
Solid expertise in Hand/Classical Stress Analysis of aircraft structural components.
Proficient in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and interpretation of simulation results.
Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management, acting as a liaison between customer teams and offshore engineering teams.
Ability to manage technical discussions, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of engineering activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with aircraft primary and secondary structures.
Familiarity with aerospace certification requirements and industry standards.
Exposure to structural substantiation, structural modifications strength evaluation, stress reports, and design validation activities.

Pay: $120,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
