Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to lead and oversee the daily functions of our organization. This leadership role requires a forward-thinking qualified with a solid background in process improvement, business development, and project management. Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance overall performance.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee business development initiatives, including market analysis, partnership building, and expansion strategies.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of initiatives on schedule.
Negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, and strategic partnerships to maximize value for the organization.




Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for executive leadership to inform decision-making.
Cultivate leadership within teams by mentoring managers and developing talent pipelines for future growth.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.

Experience
Proven experience in operations management or executive leadership roles within a relevant industry.
Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable efficiencies.
Strong background in negotiation, business development, and strategic planning.
Extensive project management experience with the ability to lead complex initiatives from conception through execution.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster innovation, and drive organizational change.
Excellent communication skills with the capacity to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
