Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to create an inviting atmosphere
Support daily store operations by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
Process transactions accurately at the checkout counter while providing exceptional service
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth flow of activities and meet daily goals
Help manage inventory levels by receiving shipments and updating stock records




Uphold safety standards by following health and safety protocols at all times
Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and store efficiency

Experience
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Strong communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members
Ability to multitask in a lively setting while maintaining attention to detail
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
