Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Deli Bakery Team Associate to provide excellent service, maintain the bakery area, and assist with stocking and merchandising baked goods. This role is important for ensuring product quality and a excellent shopping experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Zones the department to ensure product shelves, tables and bunkers are organization and product is in the correct location
Rotates stock and checks for expired products.
Ensures the merchandise is properly signed and priced.
Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording,
food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
Takes orders for Deli Department merchandise; preparing hot food merchandise and providing requested assistance.
Prepares deli food orders utilizing utensils; preparing chicken by using rotisserie oven; and fill prepared side dishes for placement into display area.
Prepares bakery merchandise by accurately following thawing and baking guidelines to ensure the quality and visual appearance of Bakery Department merchandise, such as bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.
Follows proper procedures for; Ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Pay: From $18.05 per hour
