You will need a team-oriented spirit to work closely with product teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver effectively on their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address architectural challenges through hands-on implementation

• Actively manage technical debt and its mitigation strategies
• Engage in all agile and departmental activities

Requirements:
• 5+ years of development experience, with strong architecture skills
• Proven experience on platform or developer-experience teams
• A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn current technologies
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Experience in mobile development (React Native, iOS/Android) is preferred
