Weld and Q/C assemblies performing minor fit-up & repairs as required.
Monitor progress, quality, and timing to meet production targets.

Perform daily and weekly duties as required.
Use jigs to increase efficiency and quality.
Awareness of heat and heat theories in fabrications
Read and understand fabrication drawings, dimensions and materials required.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
Participate in the Q/C process as required.
Wear all required PPE and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
CWB certified.
Ability to read and understanding blueprints in metric and imperial.
Teamwork, written, and verbal skills.
Safety
Employees are required to follow all safety rules and regulations. This includes wearing work boots and safety glasses at all times in the shop. Smoking is prohibited in the shop and must be done in designated areas.
