We are looking for Welders for shop fabrication and to support projects across western Canada.

Key Responsibilities
Carbon Steel Pipe Welders, Stainless Steel Pipe Welders, By Hand, Rig, contract or employee.
Structural Steel Welders. Must have CWB.
Layout, fitting and welding/installation of custom fabricated steel, carbon and stainless steel
Study blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the type of pipe and tools to use
Measure, cut and prepare metal joints for welding
Spark watch, grinding and buffing
Install supports,



walkways and platforms as per specifications
Follow Boom procedures and guidelines
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Requirements
Previous experience as a Welder’s helper or registered Welder apprentice
Able to manage heavy materials, stand for extended periods and have the physical strength and stamina for proper lifting techniques
Fluent in written and spoken English
Valid Driver’s Licence Class 5 or higher, clean abstract
Valid Safety courses – First Aid, H2S, CSTS-09, Aerial Work Platform & Fall Arrest
