We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to support our organization with desktop support, system configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and other IT-related assignments as needed.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to staff and clinicians
Configure, deploy, and maintain Mac and Windows computers
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and printing issues
Manage user accounts, devices, and access permissions
Support Google Workspace administration, including Gmail, Drive, Groups, and user management
Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
Maintain endpoint security and system updates
Support Wi-Fi, networking equipment, and office technology
Document configurations, procedures, and technical issues
Work with third-party vendors and service providers when required

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of IT support or systems administration experience
Strong knowledge of macOS, Microsoft Windows, Google Workspace
Experience troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and network issues




Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between clinic locations in Ottawa
