We are currently hiring for the position of Part-time Line Cook.

Responsibilities and Duties
Follow all proper food handling procedures
Ensure food quality meets Nature's Emporium standards
Assists in all food service operations and day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
Assists in the implementation and management of kitchen policies and procedures throughout scheduled shift.
Ensures products are stored at the correct temperatures with current menu items, portions, and ingredients.
Prepare ingredients, then cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes
Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep the cost within the forecasted range
Ensure that all dishes are prepared promptly by restocking ingredients at work station and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery




Set up and clean station according to store protocol
Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
Performs any other tasks as required by the Kitchen Manager

Qualifications and Skills
Must have previous experience in a kitchen environment
