Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer using hand tools and power tools.
Assist with the application of paint, stains, or coatings on various surfaces following project specifications and schematics.
Support the rigging and setup of scaffolding or ladders to access high or hard-to-reach areas safely.
Perform restoration work by repairing damaged surfaces or structures prior to painting.
Maintain a clean work setting by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials in accordance with safety standards.




Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.

Experience
Prior construction experience, particularly in painting or restoration projects, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with construction painting techniques for residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and scaffolding equipment safely.
Knowledge of safety protocols related to rigging, carpentry, and working at heights.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
