Job Summary

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Silverware ensuring quick and correct processing
Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling standards
Assist in setting up for service, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly




Engage with customers to enhance their experience, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special requests

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; familiarity with serving and bartending is a must. Two years experience minimum.
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Experience with cashiering, food service operations, or hospitality roles is desirable
