We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cook/Kitchen Hand to join our agile team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food preparation, cleanliness, and customer service standards are consistently met. Duties
Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure timely service of meals
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste
Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and safety procedures
Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and skilled manner
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
Assist with meal assembly, plating, and presentation as required




Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Positive communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role
