Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met or exceeded
Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
Develop cutting-edge menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to customer preferences
Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper storage practices
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless food service experiences for guests
Monitor inventory levels,
order supplies, and control costs to optimize kitchen efficiency

Proven supervising experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
Robust food preparation and cooking skills across diverse cuisines
Extensive food service experience with a focus on quality delivery
