Duration: 6 to 10 Weeks (Contract)

BladeTex is looking for experienced Traveling Blade Repair Technicians to join our team on a short term contract supporting active wind turbine blade repair projects across Canada.
This position is ideal for technicians who enjoy working in a team workplace, traveling to project sites, and performing high quality composite repairs while maintaining a solid commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
Support lead blade repair technicians with composite blade repairs.
Perform grinding, fiberglass layup, filling, sanding, and finishing tasks.
Follow engineering repair procedures and company quality standards.
Maintain accurate daily documentation and photographs of completed work.
Adhere to all site safety requirements and company procedures.
Work collaboratively with the project team to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Valid GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) certification.
Valid GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART) certification
Previous wind turbine blade repair experience preferred.
Ability to travel and remain on site for the duration of the project (6 to 10 weeks).
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well within a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to mobilization points.
Be a Canadian citizen or have an open work permit
