We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable Home Support Worker to provide in-home total care for an elderly client living with Parkinson’s disease. This role focuses on personal care, mobility support, companionship, and maintaining comfort and dignity in a private home setting. Training will be provided for specific care needs.

Duties
Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming)
Assist with feeding and hydration
Support mobility and transfers, including use of a ceiling lift
Repositioning and comfort care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping related to care (laundry, linens, tidying care area)
Monitor condition and report changes to family
Assist with appointments or outings as needed

Qualifications
Experience in home care,



assisted living, hospice, or senior care preferred
Experience with Parkinson’s disease or neurological conditions an asset
Physically capable of lifting and transfers
Patient, adaptable, dependable, and compassionate
Comfortable using a ceiling lift
Willingness to learn; training provided for specific care needs
Criminal record check required

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
