Role Description: We are seeking a senior QA automation specialist developer to join our dynamic team at Blue Badger. This individual will devote their time to supporting a team of 4-6 developers working on predominantly Shopify projects. Typical development projects for your team will include: integrations with 3rd party APIs, building custom applications, tweaking Shopify business logic via Shopify Functions, and tuning the sites for performance and usability.

This position is based in Canada. Responsibilities





Support a team of 4-6 developers working on Shopify projects (integrations with 3rd party APIs, building custom applications, tuning performance and usability). Participate in QA activities including test planning, manual testing, and QA automation development. Qualifications

Experience in Quality Assurance and developing test cases Robust skills in Manual Testing and Software Testing Proficiency in QA Automation Comfortable working with GraphQL, REST, and even SOAP APIs Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Experience working with ecommerce platforms like Adobe Commerce and Shopify Plus is a nice to have Bachelor’s degree or DEC in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Seniority level
