Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveying Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveying / Quantity Surveying Manager to lead a team in tender or contract administration for building works. The candidate will drive tender submissions, manage QS teams, and ensure contract compliance in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead tender teams for building works projects (QS inputs, pricing, submission).
- Manage and develop QS team (Junior to Senior levels).
- Oversee QS activities in projects (cost control, variations, claims).
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Ensure tender submissions and project QS work are accurate and compliant

Requirements

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 10+ years of QS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.




- Proven track record in tender management and project QS.
- Robust knowledge of building works, contracts, and pricing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam).
- Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing, Institutional projects.
- Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage.
