Become a School Relief Nurse at the Bishop Strachan School, focusing on student health and well-being across all grades.

This role allows you to use your clinical knowledge and emergency response skills in a dynamic school workplace.

In your capacity as a Relief Nurse, you will address health concerns of students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 while maintaining effective processes in the Wellness Centre.

Your responsibilities include managing health data, responding to emergencies, and advocating for students' health needs.

You will engage collaboratively with other health specialists and families to support each student's wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address health challenges identified through annual medical forms
• Ensure compliance with health data management regulations




• Collaborate with Student Well-being for comprehensive care
• Provide non-discriminatory health services and support
• Administer flu shots and other vaccinations as needed

Requirements:
• Current Ontario College of Nurses registration
• Background in nursing with youth experience preferred
• Solid clinical and emergency response skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Culturally competent with a warm demeanor
