As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, strictly following standardized recipes, and maintaining high standards in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
Proofing, baking, frying, garnishing, and preparing all mise en place items.
Setting up and maintaining your station with necessary ingredients,



tools, and equipment, including managing par levels to ensure continuous flow during service. - Maintaining cleanliness in your work area, including regular cleaning of prep surfaces, tools, and equipment.
Adhering to food safety guidelines by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
Ensuring all ingredients are prepped according to standardized recipes, supporting the consistent execution of the menu.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of previous kitchen experience is mandatory.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Robust teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
