Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our energetic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of food and beverage service. This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit. Previous restaurant experience and knowledge of food safety standards are highly valued.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to support the kitchen staff
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during service
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas




Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment

Skills
Must have Smart Serve certificate.
Prior experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and hygiene practices
Ability to serve efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus
Knowledge of the food industry trends and hospitality best practices
