Key responsibilities
Assist with planting, fertilizing, and harvesting crops
Operate and maintain farm machinery safely and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery

Requirements




Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot farm machinery and power tools
Experience with maintenance tasks involving hand tools and power tools is advantageous
Willingness to learn about farm machinery operation and safety procedures
Positive communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
