What You Get:
High-volume shop with consistent work (no sitting around)
Strong dispatching—work is assigned efficiently
Competitive flat-rate or hourly + bonus structure

Why This Role is Different:
We understand that techs don’t make money unless they’re working.
Our focus is straightforward: keep you productive, keep you efficient, and pay you properly.
If you’re a strong tech, you’ll do very well here.
If you’re average, it will show quickly.
Apply with your experience and current production levels.
