Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Helpers-Exploration Drilling to join our team. This role involves assisting with the setup, operation, and maintenance of exploration drilling equipment in a dynamic construction and oil & gas setting. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, safety-conscious, and possess a robust work ethic. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exploration drilling industry while supporting ongoing projects.

We offer overtime after 44hrs-week, paid every 2-weeks, medical plan, retirement plan, clothing allowance, out of town motels-meal allowance paid and lots of work!

Responsibilities
Assist with the assembly, disassembly, and operation of drilling equipment and tools
Support the drilling team in setting up and maintaining drill sites
Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of machinery
Help with material handling, including loading and unloading supplies using forklifts or other equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency




Follow all safety protocols and procedures on-site
Support with transportation of equipment and materials around the site as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of drilling operations

Qualifications
Mechanical knowledge or experience working with industrial equipment is preferred
Construction experience or background in oil & gas industries is a plus
Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is advantageous
Commercial driving experience or a valid driver’s license is beneficial
Familiarity with horizontal drilling techniques is a plus but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
Robust teamwork skills, safety awareness, and willingness to learn new skills
Prior experience in exploration drilling or related fields is desirable but not mandatory

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
