Key ResponsibilitiesHosting
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Manage reservations and waitlists.
Seat guests efficiently while maintaining table rotation.
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host station.
Bartending
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
Verify guest identification and comply with responsible alcohol service regulations.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar.
Process beverage orders for both guests and service staff.
Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.
Serving
Provide attentive and professional table service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Deliver food and drinks promptly.
Make menu and beverage recommendations.
Process payments accurately.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing questions and resolving concerns professionally.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, serving, bartending, or hosting is preferred.
Valid alcohol service certification (if required by local regulations).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout a shift.
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
