We are seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is prepared safely, following proper food handling procedures
Assist in meal assembly, plating, and garnishing to ensure attractive presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow food safety protocols at all times to prevent contamination or spoilage
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods




Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to support smooth kitchen operations
Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving sizes, portion control, and waste reduction

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent skills in meal preparation, including chopping, seasoning, and cooking various ingredients
Familiarity with serving protocols and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and basic troubleshooting skills is a plus
Passion for culinary arts with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
