Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in fine dining and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation
Assist with menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage practices
Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods
Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering as needed
Demonstrate excellent knife skills and cooking techniques for various dishes




Participate in catering events as required, providing high-quality meal preparation

Requirements
Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry
Dietary department experience or dietary aide experience is preferred
Solid culinary skills with knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and cooking techniques
Experience in fine dining settings is highly desirable
Familiarity with menu planning and catering services is a plus
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
