Experienced Roofer – Immediate Start

Position

Xpert Stucco and Masonry Ltd. is seeking an experienced roofer to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled individual with experience in custom metal roofing as well as general roofing who is committed to producing high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
Install custom metal roofing systems
Install, repair, and replace asphalt shingles and other roofing materials
Fabricate and install metal flashings, trims, and custom details
Perform roof inspections and repairs
Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Work effectively with crew members and project supervisors

Qualifications




Proven experience in custom metal roofing and general roofing
Ability to read plans and complete detailed roofing work
Knowledge of proper roofing techniques and safety procedures
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are an asset
Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship

Wage

Wage to be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
